The Process

Deciding whether we are a good fit is extremely important.  This starts with a complimentary phone chat, in-person, or Zoom consultation.  We encourage our potential clients to speak to other florists and floral designers as well.  If we are suited to work together, Wild Roses & Blooms charges a $350.00 consultation fee to set up a digital vision board that outlines the design and a detailed price proposal after an in-depth meeting either in person or via Zoom.  We use photos as a starting point and after choosing flowers and foliage we then compose all the elements of design to create for our client.  This digital vision board will belong to the couple and if they decide to hire us, the date will be confirmed, booked on our calendar, and the $350.00 consultation fee deducted from the total proposal amount.  A 50% deposit on signing of our contract is required to book the date.  Approximately 3 to 4 weeks before the wedding, we will provide a sample for adjustments to ensure our couples are happy with the composition of flower, foliage, color palette as well as shape of the design.  We prefer to have this final meeting in person. At this time, we require the final 50% of the proposal and upon receipt of payment, order the flowers.  

Flowers, Foliage and Pricing

All floral material, including flowers, foliage, and branches, are priced according to availability, seasonality, where it grows, how it is sourced, weather conditions, supply, demand, distance it must travel (logistics) as well as its specialty.  Floral arrangements heavy in flowers tend to cost more.  The size of floral arrangement and the type of containers/vessels are further considerations when setting budget and pricing.  There are countless variables which affect pricing and Wild Roses & Blooms works with each couple to create the most abundant, and luxurious flowers artistically designed that not only meet expectations but are within budget.
