Do you serve areas outside of Wilton?

Yes. Wild Roses & Blooms is based in Wilton, Connecticut and designs throughout Fairfield County, Westchester County, and New York City. If your event is outside these areas, feel free to reach out and we can talk through options.

Do you work by appointment only?

Yes. All projects are handled by appointment so each one can be given the time and attention it deserves.

How do we get started?

The best place to begin is by reaching out. From there, we’ll talk through your event, your space, and the overall direction.

Weddings

How far in advance should we reach out?

We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for peak seasons, to ensure availability.

Do you have a minimum for weddings?

Each wedding is different. Scope and budget are discussed during the initial conversation.

Do you provide a sample or mockup?

Design elements can be reviewed together ahead of the event so everything feels aligned.

What is the process for working together?

We begin with a conversation, followed by a design direction and proposal. From there, we refine the details together leading up to the event.

Do you design for smaller gatherings?

Yes. We work on both intimate gatherings and larger events.

Do you work with corporate clients?

Yes. We design for corporate gatherings, private events, and installations.

Can you design for a specific space?

Do you use seasonal flowers?

Yes. Designs are guided by what is naturally in season, creating a more organic and refined result.

Can I request certain flowers or colors?

Of course. You’re welcome to share your preferences. While some flowers are seasonal or limited, we do our best to reflect your vision.

Will my arrangements look exactly like photos I share?

Photos are used as a reference point. Each design is original and shaped by what’s available at the time.

What makes your floral design different?

Each arrangement is created with attention to season, movement, and natural form. No two are the same, and every piece is designed to feel thoughtful and intentional.

Orders & Delivery

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We do not offer same-day delivery. Arrangements are available for next-day delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary based on location and distance. The exact cost is shown at checkout.

Can I order online or by phone?

Yes. Orders can be placed online or by phone during business hours.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

If the recipient isn’t available, arrangements are left in a safe location or delivery is rescheduled if needed.

Do you deliver to homes, venues, and businesses?

Yes. Delivery is available to homes, venues, and businesses. Please include full details when placing your order.

Can I include add-ons with my arrangement?

Yes. A selection of add-ons may be available when placing your order through the shop.
